1.  Status: Architectural Corrections required.  07/14/14  The generic exiting plan for use during construction has Architectural Approval at the counter.  07/24/14  Status: Full Architectural Approval.  08/25/14

 

2.  The following comments based on the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) and 2009 International Existing Building Code (IEBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued.  The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state, or local regulations.

 

3.  Drawing No. D1.01, Demolition Plans, and A1.01, Floor Plans; Since significant changes have been shown that affect exiting, please provide an exiting plan.  Since this is only a core and shell permit, the basic exiting plan from the tenant space to the building exterior can be shown here and the final interior space touches be a part of the Tenant Improvment Permit Submittal.  07/23/14   RESOLVED.  An exiting plan has been provided.  08/25/14

 

4.  Drawing No. D1.01, Demolition Plans, and A1.01, Floor Plans; Some changes have been shown that affect existing columns that are provided with fire resistive construction.  Please indicate what the existing fire resistive construction provided in the code study.  Since this is only a core and shell permit, the basic fire resistive construction requirements can be shown here and the final touches be a part of the Tenant Improvment Permit Submittal.  07/23/14   RESOLVED.  A plan has been provided the existing fire resistive construction restoration.  08/25/14
