2. The following comments based on the 2011 National Electrical Code (NEC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the NEC or any federal, state, or local regulations.
3. Drawing No. Common path of egress requirements per IBC Section 1014.3 are exceeded, thus two exit doors are required. When two exit doors are required, exit signs are also required at both doors per IBC Section 1011.1 since exception 1 is not satisfied. 06/30/14 RESOLVED. This comment is resolved by Redline to the plans. 07/02/14
