2. The following comments based on the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) and 2009 International Existing Building Code (IEBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state, or local regulations.
3. Drawing No. D1.01, Demolition Plans, and A1.01, Floor Plans; Since significant changes have been shown that affect exiting, please provide an exiting plan. Since this is only a core and shell permit, the basic exiting plan from the tenant space to the building exterior can be shown here and the final interior space touches be a part of the Tenant Improvment Permit Submittal. 07/23/14

Please indicate what the existing fire resistive construction provided in the code study.
