1. Portions of this project are in the SFHA and portions are outside of the SFHA. I am not requiring a FHP due to this being a fence replacement and repair. It appear that all of the fence is chain link and not subject to hydrostatic force and minimal hydrodynamic force. Also it is not a structure and would not be insurable under the NFIP. sme
