1)       On sheet 2 on level 1 there is an area to the immediate right hand side of entry vestibule 100 that appears to not have any visibility coverage.

2)       There is a hall just to the north of the south stair that does not have visible coverage.          

3)       On page 3 level 2 there are two rooms; ethics room 214 and 215 that do not have visibility.

4)       Provide a revised set of plans that show the exit condition at the penthouse.
