1.  Status: Architectural Corrections required on this deferred submittal.  06/17/14  Note that several Comments from 01/10/14 thru and during the Express Plan Review on 01/22/14 were redlined on the Drawings.  Please incorporate all agreed on comment resolutions in the final conformed set of Drawings (see comment on base permit).  01/22/14

2.  The following comments based on the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) and 2009 International Existing Building Code (IEBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued.  The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state, or local regulations.

3.  The cover sheet of the deferred submittal indicates that the D1, E1, & F1 columns already have 2 layers of GWB.  Is this per wall type B in the original permit G drawing?  Additionally, on Drawings S1.03, S1.04, S1.05, S1.06, & S1.07 the north/south beam on the F line is hand written scratched out.  Please clarify as they require protection.  06/17/14

4.  Drawing S1.07 has a comment hand written comment by Kamu that there are more beams above the roof Level.  It goes on to state "Refer to A4.12 to locate more beam members" also by Kamu.   Please clarify as they would also require protection.  06/17/14

5.  Note that Spray Fire proofing requires Special Inspection.  It appears that there is already a qualified Special Inspector for other Structural work submitted for this project.  06/17/14
