1.  Status: Full Architectural Approval.  05/20/14

 

2.  There are no comments based on the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) and 2009 International Existing Building Code (IEBC) to be resolved before a permit is issued.  The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the IEBC, IBC or any federal, state, or local regulations.

 

3.  Advisory note: There are several locations in this TI that indicate Plywood being used in this non-combustible Construction Type IIB building.  There are notes indicating that the Plywood is Fire Resistive Treated.  Verify conformance with the IBC Sec. 603 Combustible Material in Type I and II Construction, "Allowable Materials" per IBC Sec. 603.1 for all all Fire Resistive Treated Plywood.  05/20/14
