PERMIT STATUS: corrections

1)      The owner needs to provide an agreement with fire prevention in regards to the milestones in place to complete the fire alarm system in all areas of the mall. Resolved.

2)      Show smoke detection at all fire alarm, booster and amplifier panels required by NFPA 72 2010. Resolved

3)      Provide a matrix showing all of the other fire alarm systems and there interface with the main alarm. Resolved

4)      Show hall between hobby craft and pacific sun wear to be out of contract since it is not a common area. Resolved

5)      Show the hall to the north by Billabong to be wired for a future enunciator. Resolved

6)      Show an additional pull station on the north side of the wall that would be visible exiting from best buy. Resolved

7)      Show the anunciator at the west entrance on page 12.5. Resolved

8)      Show a pull station on the west exit of spaces 171, 167 and the hall directly to the north. Show an additional pull station on the south side of the escalator on page 12.8. Resolved
