Advisory Information:

1st Review 2/28/2014 - Corrections Required. Provide a written response to comments along with revised plans.

1. Provide fire extinguishers (FE) as required per IFC 906. Show size, type, & locations on plans. The three FE's shown on sheet C2.0 are over spaced. The FE in the breakroom can not serve the stock are as it is not along the path of egress.

2. A separate submittal, review, and sub-permit is required for the proposed fire alarm system. This submittal may be deferred. Will the system within the store be voice evac type as it will need to be compatible with the voice evac system that will be installed throughout the mall? If yes then corrdinate details and address any specific design questions with the AFD Fire System Plan Reviewer Mark Warren (267-4992).
