1st Review 2/26/2014 -Corrections Required.  Provide a written response to commments along with revised plans.

1.  Emergency lighting is required in elevator lobby 901.  Add or  if existing show on plans.

2.  The new exit signs in the west side indicates direction to one exit only.  Every occuppant has to have access to two separate and distinct exits.  Adjust signage to also direct floor occuppants to the central or east stair.

3.  It appears that you are using a pocket door on video conference room 974.  Sionce the occuppant load is > 10 this door is required to be side hinged.  Please fix the door schedule as the door number is blurred and appears to be identified as either door 972 or 974.

4.  Please comment on door hardware 901A.  Revise as required.  Since the conference/assembly areas have a combined occuppant load > 49 the door hardware shall be panic type.  The reference to a new door release pull station in elevator lobby is unclear.  What door does the release serve?  It is assumed it serves 901A since you can't lock the stair door from the elevator lobby side.  Elevator lobby doors shall meet Fire Prevention Policy 13-001
