3rd Review 1/22/2014 - Express Plan Review 3.5 hours. (Plus additional 1.5 hours followup paperwork) Corrections Required. Plans stamped 12/10/13 were lacking corrections and specific details. These will either be included on subsequent submitals or included with the final conformed set.

Add an emergency light fixture on the patio deck near door 223.
Delete exit sign to stair entrance in corridor (Exit Passageway) 103.
Delete exit sign in interior southstair 1dt floor door SS1B.
Provide an occuppant load sign on the deck at the main entrance. It is recommended to provide identical signs at each exit, doors 223 & 201, due to the size of space and separation of exits. Provide an occuppant load sign in Conference room B17.
Revise the door schedule to indicate rated doors and provide a note showing each door that is required or will be equipped with panic hardware. Rated doors shall be listed fire exit (panic) hardware while non rated doors can be panic type. Identify doors in Exit Passagway 103 as 103A &103C.
Correct door swing on doors B17A & B since the calculated occuppant load is >49. Revise sheet A1.00 and all corresponding sheets to include M, P, S, etc showing correct swing.
Provide detail for occuppant load signs (show room name & number) and adjust mounting locations. Move the sign for the "Auditorium" from "Pre Function" Area 124 to inside the main entrance of Room 112. Occuppant load has been established at 130. Occuppant load signs shall be mounted in each assembly area at the main entrance per IBC 1004.3.
It would be acceptable to delete the FE's on the deck in order to get them out of the weather. You would need to add an FE to the restroom corridor wall opposite north stair or relocat the Fe by the elevator to this location.
It was agreed by the building department that the existing rooftop mechanical/boiler room, although over 500ft would be acceptable as is allowing for a single exit from both the room and off the roof.
