Advisory Information:

Approved, MG 1-16-14.

 

OK for Footing & Foundation ONLY, MG 11-18-13.    Other grading work outside of the building footprint such as storm drain and final grading are not approved.  By the developer going forward with the F&F the floor elevation will be set prior to approval of a grading & drainage plan stamped by a civil engineer that may result in significant increased costs to the developer to resolve site specific challenges to preparing an approvable site grading & drainage plan.

1.  Ref. C3.00, Please provide details for the trench drain connection to a storm drain facility on the civil plan sheets.  If the intention is direct drainage to the sewer, please provide a non-objection letter or an approved permit from AWWU.  Not Resolved, MG 12-18-13.  Resolved, MG 1-16-14.

 

2.  Please provide an alley section detail per M.A.S.S. detail #20-5 in addition to what is shown on Sheet C3.02.  Resolved, MG 12-18-13.

 

3.  Ref. C2.00,  Please verify that the new building roof drainage is directed internally to the existing building roof drainage.  Ref. C3.02 (existing roof drain connection note); The Engineer shall certify that the existing storm drain facility has sufficient capacity and is in sufficient condition for the proposed project.  Not Resolved, MG 12-18-13.  Resolved, MG 1-16-14.
