By the developer going forward with the F&F the floor elevation will be set prior to approval of a grading & drainage plan stamped by a civil engineer that may result in significant increased costs to the developer to resolve site specific challenges to preparing an approvable site grading & drainage plan.

C3.02 (existing roof drain connection note); The Engineer shall certify that the existing storm drain facility has sufficient capacity and is in sufficient condition for the proposed project.
