2nd review 12/20/2013 - Corrections required.  "OK to Issue permit" - Waiting on deferred electrical to verify exit signs and emergency light fixture locations.  All other issues resolved.

Note:  Required "Mall Voice Evac Fire Alarm System" to be extended throughout the store and included with the "Phase III Mall Expansion.  This is to allow efficiency in design and install of a complete fire alarm system.  Expected design and start work milestones of April/July 2014.  (See E-mail and Letter of Agreement)
