Comments for 1/8/14 submittal:
1.) The haul routes shall be: (ANCHOR) From debris pit to site will be from 40.2 Glenn Highway - Glenn south - 5th Ave west - "A" Street north - 3rd Ave west to "G" Street south - alley. From site to debris pit - "G" Street south - 6th Ave east - Glenn north - 40.2 Glenn. From concrete source to site will be from 100th Ave west - "C" Street north - "A" Street north - 3rd Avenue west - "G" Street south - alley. From site to concrete source will be from "G" Street south - 6th Street east - "C" Street south - 100th Ave east.
(LIO) From debris pit to site will be from 40.2 Glenn Highway - Glenn south - 5th west - "A" Street north - 4th Ave west - corner of 4th Ave and "H" Street. From site to debris pit will be rom 4th Ave west - "L" Street south - 6th Ave east - Glenn north - 40.2 Glenn Highway. From concrete source - site will be from 100th Ave west - "C" Street north - "A" Street north - 4th Ave west - corner of 4th and "H" Street. From site to concrete site will be from 4th Ave west - "L" Street south - 6th Ave east - "C" Street south - 100th Ave east. An approved TCP has been provided to Shane Locke of the Traffic Engineering Division. Please contact him directly at 343-8417 for details on the TCP and any relevant detours.
2.) Provide a sign schedule and installation detail for the existing signs or appurtenances to be removed and replaced for construction of the proposed heated aggregate sidewalk on 4th Avenue.
3.) Delineate the locations of the two required Type B loading berths for the site.

5.) Prior to issuance of any conditional or final certificate of occupancy, the applicant shall accormodate a suitable design to resolve items 2 and 3.
