Note:  Two exits required from retail space.  2nd exit is through accessory storage area as allowed for intervening rooms per IBC 1014.2.  Tenant shall maintain a clear and unobstructed path to the exterior exit at all times.  Path shall be discernable as determined by the fire inspector and/or fire official.  Failure to maintain the path could result in requirement to provide an additional exit and/or partial height wall from the retail space to the said exit.
