1.   The following comments based upon the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) and the Standard for Bleachers, Folding and Telescopic Seating, and Grandstands ICC 300-2007 must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, ICC or any federal, state or local regulations. 

2)  The code analysis did not reference the standard for ICC 300-2007 as a guideline for the design. Please note that we have added the ice code referenced on the plans and approved the architectural plan.
