1) STATUS: 12-18-13 Comments to be addressed.
2) The following comments based on the 2009 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations.
3) Provide structural, seismic and wind load calculations as applicable, plus fastening details for B-1 thru B-3, PB-1' RTU-1, AC-1 & 2 and DC-1 & 2 to include engineers stamp and signature, for structural review on a deferred submittal basis.
4) M4.03 & M4.04 Exhaust grilles for Janitor's Closet #504 & #606 have been mislocated.
5) Clarify the location of the required RTU-1 smoke detector (IMC 606).
6) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised mechanical pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT.
