Corrections Required 1/10/2014 - Provide a written response to original comments along with revised plans. The current submittal did not include a written response and does not appear to address all fire comments. Original comments are available under Fire Review 323307. Please resolve original comment #1 prior to recieving "OK for F&F".

Note: Per phone conversation with contractor they intend to request an "Express Plan Review" for the entire project and wil specifically address all fire issues at that time.
Note: Contractor is requesting an F&F approval with a proceed at own risk. Fire will not OK F&F conditioned on this without a response. Two options are available: 1. Verify elevator car will meet IBC 3002.4 and update drawing during express plan review. (OR) 2. Acknowledge elevator shaft is noncompliant (too small) and will be addressed under a follow up change order.
Option 2 would result in fire comment "OK for F&F excluding elevator pit" conditioned that a "Change Order" shall be submitted prior to constructing the elevator foundation.
