1. Status: Full Electrical Approval. 11/14/13

2. The following comments based on the 2008 National Electrical Code (NEC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the NEC or any federal, state, or local regulations.

3. Either one or no new Electrical Circuits. No Electrical Engineering is required. Two Relocated Electrical Lighting 2x4 units will be powered from the existing circuit(s). Five Added Electrical Receptacle Outlets will be powered from existing circuits (or maximum of one new circuit). The new Receptacle Outlets (and one existing Receptacle Outlets) that are in the newly created patient care rooms must be installed in accordance with all of the requirements in NEC Article 517 for Health Care Facilities. Resolved. This comment is resolved by Redline to the plans. 11/14/13
