Advisory Information:

1st Review 11/25/2013 - Corrections Required.

1.  Provide electrical plans showing locations of all exit signage and emergency light fixtures to include at the exit discharge.  It is understood that the tenant space may have an existing generator.  Is this an emergency or stand-by?  Will the system be demoed or remain in use?  If it effects areas that are no longer within the tenant space show how those areas will be provided with required emergency and exit lighting if currently supplied by the existing generator.

2.  Please have the mall owner address the install of the fire alarm system throughout the mall as agreed to be deferred during the earlier permitted addition.  How and when will the fire alarm be installed within the tenant space as an extension of this required system that has not been permitted or installed?

3.  Since the tenant is downsizing, mall area outside of the new boundary of the tenant space will need to be reconfigured and or demoed.  Have the mall owner address this and/or pull a separate permit for any work, to include demo.  The fire alarm will need to be addressed as part of this permit.  Until this is accomplished the "Forever 21" permit will not be approved by fire until concurrance by the fire marshall is presented.
