1) STATUS: 10-23-13 Comments to be addressed. 11-1-13 APPROVED.
2) The following comments based upon the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 11-1-13.
3) T0.1 The 2011 NEC and the 2003 ICC/ANSI A117.1 are the currently adopted versions of these codes. Please clarify. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 10-31-13.
4) A2.1 A drinking fountain is required to be available per IBC Table 2902.1. Please clarify. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 10-31-13.
5) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include clouded changes, architects stamp and signature.
