1.  The following comments based on the 2011 National Electrical Code (NEC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the NEC or any federal, state or local regulations.

2.  CIRCUIT DIRECTORY OR CIRCUIT INDENTIFICATION ON FLOOR PLAN & PANEL SCHEDULS:

Sheet E3 (Floor Plan and Panel Schedules Circuit Identifications). Panel and floor plan do not have same circuit identifications. For examples: circuits on the floor plans are identified by numbers such as 209, 802, 211 etc. These circuit have matched identifications on floor plans and panels schedule. Refer to NEC 408.4 for circuit identifications.

3.  EXISTING SERVICE LOAD CALCULATIONS:
Sheet E3. The plans have no calculations for feeder loads for the existing building as required by NEC Section 220.87. Please address.

4.  PANEL 113NPB LOAD CALCULATIONS:
Sheet E3. The panel schedule is missing the load for all the existing circuit. Please provide all the exiting circuits load and show by calculations that the panel can carry the added load. Refer to NEC Section 220.87. Please address.

5.  When the above comments have been addressed, please update the electrical plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three (3) sets of revised electrical pages to include clouded changes, electrical engineers stamp and signature.
