1.  Provide a site plan showing building location on the property and intended fire access.  Include location and available fire flow to the nearest hydrant.  Include location in relation to closest building or buildings.

2.  Provide an address on the building visible from the street fronting the property.  Is this shed accessory to an existing addressed building or will it have its own separate address?

3.  Provide a landing at the exterior entrance door.
