2nd Review 10/29/2013 Approved - All items resolved per phone call with architect. See notes below.
1. Electrical plans Approved. Exit signs provided but not required in N/W corner work area B/5. Exit sign in restroom hallway corner B/3 not required and may be deleted. Exit sign by elevator lobby door 04 can be relocated to Door 05. Changes may be field approved by inspector or installed per plans.

2. FE's adjusted as shown on e-mail sheet A001 - Revised 10/29/13. Additional FE's include one at each stair enclosure (B/1 & E/4) and one @ B/5. Relocating FE on column D/4 to column C/4.
3. Egress width is 32 inches to meet ADA. Meets IBC 1017.2 exception for non public aisles.

1st Review 9/27/2013 - Corrections Required.
1. Provide electrical plans showing locations of emergency light and exit sign fixtures whether existing or new. This submittal may be deferred.
2. Provide fire extinguishers (FE's) as required per IFC 906. Travel distance from any point on the floor shall be within 75 ft travel. FE's shall be along the path of egress (near exit stairs). Add or redistribute as required as travel distance is exceeded in some areas.
3. The egress width at the aisle between 2 & 3/C is too narrow due to the columns. Per IBC 1017.2 the minimum required width is 36 inches.
