1. Reference sketch SKS3. Please clarify how the beam is restrained for rotation. Most wide flanges are not connected at the ends to transfer torsion forces so it is not clear where the lateral loads are transferred to from the beam bottom flange. Please clarify. Reference IBC section 1604.4.
