Correction, MG 10-7-13.

1.  Please submit a grading and drainage plan that shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a civil engineer licensed in the State of Alaska to clearly identify post-development drainage patterns with drainage arrows, elevations, section details, grades and the required drainage features needed to serve the proposed development and prevent adverse drainage impacts to adjacent lots and the public right-of-way.

2.  Drainage Report:  If applicable complete the Drainage Certification found in the Drainage Design Guidelines Appendix C-3, along with backup calculations (areas and weighted coefficients) stamped by a civil Engineer (http://www.muni.org/Departments/works/project_management/Pages/Publications.aspx). Otherwise, Provide a drainage report prepared, signed and stamped by a civil engineer licensed in the State of Alaska per the 2007 DCM Ch:2.  Reference the 2007 Drainage Design Guidelines, Appendix A for preparation of a Drainage Report (follow the outline beginning on page A-3 and include relevant forms) to be submitted with the drainage and grading plan.  Please provide drainage calculation inputs and results from modeling on a CD upon request (EPA SWMM digital format or equivalent as applicable).
