1.  Status: Footing and Foundation Architectural Approval.  09/27/13  Status: Full Architectural Approval.  10/02/13

2.  The following comments based on the 2003 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued.  The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state, or local regulations.

3.  This permit was origninally for two hangers on the property.  This change order is for the second hanger revisions to be consistent with the first hanger.  The project was permitted under the 2003 code series.  The Construction Type classification of S-2 was allowed under the 2003 edition for hangers that did not include repair (Construction Type S-1 if the hanger did include repair).  Later code editions provided for all hangers to be classified as Construction Type S-1.  10/02/13
