Advisory Information:

Approved 9/27/2013 - See notes below per phone discussion with John Weir, Architect.

.

Electrical plans will be redlined to show exit sign at bar door to patio.  Double door patio exit at hall 122 will have an exterior emergency light fixture.  If exit signs are not existing or required by inspector at both patio gates they may be weather durable, reflective-non lighted signs.  IE - Metallic, reflective, mounted on or above the gates.

.

The door from work area 105 to hallway 122 will not be deleted as to allow access to 2 exits.  (It is assumed the existing unnumbered door between waiting room102 & hall 109 which was originally installed for security has panic hardware and  locks from the waiting room side.

.

Discussed stair to upper level (not part of the lease space) in that if this is a required exit from upper level they may have a problem as you can not egress through another tenant space.

.

Discussed existing outdoor covered storage.  Appears to be an enclosed shed.  These were typically allowed for daycares to store playground toys.  May currently be sprinklered or may require sprinklers.  This has not been approved as an occuppied area such as a smokeing shed.  Would clearly reuire lighting, sprinklers, compliant door hardware.  Inspector will verify use/compliance at final inspection.  If use or configuration is changed a "Change Order" is required to be sumitted.
