GENERAL

This review is code compliance review based on the requirements of the International Existing Building Code (IEBC), 2009 Edition, and all adopted references thereto, as amended by the Municipality of Anchorage in Anchorage Municipal Code (AMC) Title 23.  This review does not permit the violation of the building codes, nor any federal, state, or municipal regulation.

The following comments must be addressed before a permit may be issued.  Additional comments may be issued following review of submitted information.

1. CONCRETE EXPOSURE
The plans note concrete work adjacent to a chlorinated pool.  The concrete specifications do not appear to comply with Class C2 exposure.  Please clarify.
