Please Provide door hardware details. Verify that all new doors shall be readily openable from the egress side without the use of a key or special knowledge per IBC Sec. 1008.1.9. 9/23/13

Drawing No. A6.01F, Door Schedule - Fourth Floor Finishes and A1.04B, Fourth Floor Part B Noted and Dimensioned Plan; Door 4308 is identified as having a 45 minute fire-resistance rating; however, the door appears to be located in a 2 hour and smoke barrier wall. Thus, Door 4308 should be identified as having a 90 minute fire-resistance rating per IBC Table 715.4. Please verify. 9/23/13
