The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state, or local regulations.
3. Drawing A-1, Plan; The Elevator Lobby indicates a one-hour fire-resistive barrier on one end and nothing is indicated on the other. Please Clarify. 08/21/13 RESOLVED. An existing pair of 45 minute fire-resistive doors on hold open are located on the other end of the lobby. 08/21/13
