1. Drainage Report: If applicable complete the Drainage Certification found in the Drainage Design Guidelines Appendix C-3, along with backup calculations (areas and weighted coefficients) stamped by a civil Engineer (http://www.muni.org/Departments/works/project_management/Pages/Publications.aspx). Otherwise, Provide a drainage report prepared and stamped by a civil engineer licensed in the State of Alaska per the 2007 DCM Ch:2. Reference the 2007 Drainage Design Guidelines, Appendix A for preparation of a Drainage Report (follow the outline beginning on page A-3 and include relevant forms) to be submitted with the drainage and grading plan.
