1) STATUS: 7-25-13 Comments to be addressed.
2) The following comments based on the 2009 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations.
3) Provide structural, seismic and wind load calculations plus fastening details for RTU-1 thru 5 to include engineers stamp and signature, for structural review on a deferred submittal basis.
4) Provide 100% mechanical drawings so that a complete review may be accomplished.
5) Provide total CFM and minimum outside air setting (IMC 403) required for each of the rooftop units RTU-1 thru 5.
