4.Please submit a Permanent Maintenance and Operations Plan- See Section 8, STORM WATER TREATMENT PLAN REVIEW Guidance Manual Third Edition: the Plan shall provide more specific guidance for inspection of the permanent BMPs, Provide periodic inspection of the parking lot for spills and debris. The parking lot is required to be swept twice per year, By June 15th and Oct 15th.
