2. The following comments based on the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) and 2009 International Existing Building Code (IEBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state, or local regulations.

3. Drawing No. A-7, Stair Section, Verify that the west exit landing and stair portions higher than 30 inches are provided with a 42 inch high Guard per IBC Section 1013. Note that this is shown on the landing; however, it is not shown on the highest stair (higher than 30 inches). 06/19/13
