The electrical comments below have been addressed on the plans. The response to the comments letter is in the folder. Approved

1. The following comments based on the 2008 National Electrical Code (NEC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the NEC or any federal, state or local regulations.
2. PANEL SCHEDULES (A and B) CONNECTED LOADS AND NEC DEMAND LOADS:Sheet (drawing sheet 2621-14). The plan is not provided with panel A and B schedules. Provide on the plans the panel schedules calculated connected loads and NEC demand loads. Provide the amperage interrupting ampacity. Refer to Anchorage Administrative Code AAC 23.10.104.8.1. Please address.
3. EXISTING SERVICE LOAD CALCULATIONS:Sheet (drawing sheet 2621014). The plans have no calculations for feeder loads for the existing building as required by NEC Section 220.87. Please address.
4. TRANSFORMER MOUNTING STRUCTURAL SEISMIC CALCULATION:
Sheet (drawing sheet 2621-14). Provide structural, seismic and wind load calculations as applicable, plus fastening details for the transformer include engineer’s stamp and signature, for structural review. The plans will be stamped with deferred submittal basis.
5. TRANSFORMERS AND PANELS OVER-CURRENT PROTECTION:
Sheet (drawing sheet 2621-14). Provide the transformer and the panel A & B over current protection. Refer to Anchorage Administrative Code AAC 23.10.104.8.
6. When the above comments have been addressed, please update the electrical plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three (3) sets of revised electrical pages to include clouded changes, electrical engineers stamp and signature.
