1st Review 5/13/2013 - Corrections Required.  Provide a written response to comments along with revised plans.

1.  Clarify the exiting as the plans show an alternate exit corridor and a 2nd exit through the stockroom.  Is it your intent to build the alternate corridor as you can not exit through the stockroom.  Exiting through the stockroom is not allowed per IBC 1014.2-4 exception 2 unless a demarcated area with fixed barrier is provided.  The corridor width shall be a minimum of 44 inches.  Verify width as it appears too narrowat the discharge.

2.  Provide electrical plans showing required exit signs and emergency lights.

3.  Provide fire extinguishers as required per IFC 906.  Show size, type, and location on plans whether existing or new.
