Comments for 5/17/13 submittal:

1.) Haul routes for import and export shall be: 7 days shall be required for export operations and 12 days for import operations.  Import - after leaving Anchorage Sand and Gravel Products gravel yard in south Anchorage, trucks travel west on Peninsula Drive, north on West Klatt Road, then head north on Minnesota to the site.  Export - Trucks will leave the project and head west on Hillcrest Drive, south on Minnesota and east on Raspberry Road to the Lucy Pit disposal area operated by AS&G.   

2.) Provide certified lighting analysis and glare statement for the proposed field lighting.

3.) Approved for clearing and grubbing work only.  5/21/13 ~DF~

4.) Approved for fill and grade work.  5/24/13 DF

5.) Prior to issuance of any CO or CCO, the applicant shall resolve all outstanding comments.

6.) This review shall be considered to be incomplete pending receipt and approval of  the requested revisions or additional comments.  5/24/13 ~DF~
