1)  The following comments based upon the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations. 

2)  SEALED ARCHITECTURAL STAMP:

Sheet A1 (Architectural Stamp and Signature). Sheet A1 is stamp. The stamp and signature are not clear to provide name and number of the architect. Sheet A2 is not stamped. Please address.

3)   SITE PLAN:

Sheet (Site Plan). Provide the site plan and show the exiting and the new proposed work.

4)  DEMO PLAN:

Sheet A1 (Demo Plan). Provide a demo plan for our review.

5)  The architectural plan review is incomplete. The architectural review will continue when the missing is provided.
