1)       The notification that is in place for critical care. I have requested that the hospital come in for a meeting that would point out that constant attendance would be required at the nurse’s station for signal response regardless of the presence of critical or non-critical patience.  

A meeting was held with Lars Swensen of Simplex, Paul Mitchell and Victor Rosenbaum of Alaska Regional.

It was agreed that the indicated nurses station on the plans would be actively monitored 24/7 as indicated. Based on that the plans are approved. 5/31/2013.
