Approved 4/08/2013 per phone call to Eric Cowling.  Note that all EM fixtures are battery type.  Agreed EM's technically not required in elevator lobby & corridor due to meeting common path but agrees this is a gray area and makes sense.  He will add EM's to both areas.  Also will add a directional exit sign at S/E corner of floor directing to east stair 318.

1.  Elevator Lobby 300 and corridor 301 requires emergency lighting.

2.  The directional exit sign by elecrtrical room 304 may not be obvious to the intended egress route.  The south/east corner of the floor near room 323 may also require an additional perpindicular directional sign to direct occupants to stair 303.
