1) STATUS: 3-27-13 Comments to be addressed. 4-03-13 APPROVED.

2) The following comments based upon the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 4-3-13.

3) G1.2 Code Analysis Provide the building construction type per IBC 602. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 4-4-13.

4) A2.9 If the building is Type I or Type II construction, the 2X4's must be fire retardant treated per IBC 603.1.25.1. Please clarify. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 4-4-13.
