1. AG 21 checklist 2 and 3 provided. Draft SWPPP provided.

2. Provide NOI and completed SWPPP prior to permit issuance.

3. Provide operations and maintenance manual for the site. (specifically testing and evaluation regimen for the infitration trenches.  A monitoring tube may be advisable.)

4. Povide a storm drain as-built certified by a PE prior to final certificate of occupancy.
