1)        Large gaps in visibility coverage at the basement plan section D refer to page 3 and 15. Are the upper strobes greater than 30 feet?

2)       Show smoke detection for the two stop elevator, include that in the matrix. Show the location of the elevator machine room and the required smoke detector.

3)       Show visibility in all common storage rooms. Rooms 1293 on page 5, area B and room 1294, 1296.

4)       Increase visibility in concourse 1315 page 5 areas B and the gymnasium1255.

5)       Entry areas in to the locker rooms at page 4 area F do not have visibility coverage.

6)       Increase visibility coverage at room 1315 on page 8.

7)       It appears that there will be an outside patio on the mezzanine page 13, area F. This area will need notification coverage as well as door lock relay to unlock the exit doors back into the building in the event of a fire alarm.

8)       Show visibility coverage at room 3040.

9)       In the sequence of events show where the constantly attended location is and the panel location.

10)   On the sequence of events it shows that an activated alarm with go to the BAS, where is this and what is the response time.  

11)   Show the interface to the amplification equipment and speakers in the main gymnasiums to provide the sound level required for voice intelligibility. Show the wiring and required classification of wire integrity to the speakers as well as the required power source for battery backup. Provide the shunt trip for amplification required.

All of the items above are resolved with exception of emergency power source of the amplificaiton system to the fire alarm. 7/8/3013.

Comment 11 is approved with circuit information for amplifier loads from the emergency generator.

The balance of the comments have been previously resolved. 7/10/13.
