Comments for 3/12/13 submittal:
1.) Provide haul route information form demolition, earthwork, grading and asphalt paving construction operations meeting the requirements of AMC 9.46.410; the shortest, most direct route, which miimizes travel on local and collector roadways shall be used.
2.) Please provide a traffic control plan for restricting access during construction showing the type, size and location of regulatory signage and other devices to be used.
3.) If applicable, please provide Zoning approved off street parking calculaitons for the generator room addition.
4.) This review shall be considered incomplete pending review and approval of the requested revisions or additional comments. 4/1/13 ~DF~
