Advisory Comment: Right of Way Permit required for all work in Municipal Rights of Way, Public Use, generic Utility, and some BLM Easements. Types of work include, but are not limited to water and sewer service connections, new driveways, drainage improvements and landscaping improvements. Only contractors with a current Right of Way Bond on file in the Right of Way Office may obtain a Right of Way Permit.
3-14-2013: Based on the type and location of work, no Right of Way Permit appears to be required. Should the work area extend to the right of way or certain easements, additional ROW plan review and possible permitting may be required.
