1) STATUS:   4-12-13 Comments to be addressed.

 

2) The following comments based upon the 2009 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations.

 

3) P2.07         The lavatories P-5 and P-23 in the two public bathrooms opposite elevator #1 require mixing valves per UPC 413.1.

 

4) P2.07         BV-5 above Nurse Station 7-MS134 should be located on the 3/4" HWR branch coming from the NW corner.

 

5) P2.07         The pipe labeled as 2" CW coming from the shaft just south of elevator #5 should be labeled as 2" HW.

 

6) P0.01         Clarify the abbreviations G.N. and W.B. missing from the plumbing abbreviations.

 

7) P0.01         Seismic straps are missing from the water heater details required per IBC 508.2.

 

8) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised plumbing pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature.
