1) STATUS: 4-12-13 Comments to be addressed.
2) The following comments based on the 2009 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations.
3) Provide structural, seismic and wind load calculations as applicable, plus fastening details for AC-EL1, B-4, AHU-9 & 10, GT H1 thru 5 Day Tank, IEF-10-1, MVP-2, Deaerator, Condensate Receivers and the Underground Fuel Storage Tank to include engineers stamp and signature, for structural review on a deferred submittal basis.
4) M1.01 Please clarify VF-EL5. It did not appear to be on the equipment schedule.
5) M3.02 The plan view of Mechanical Room 8-ME8002 is missing a FSD at the shaft penetration. (IBC 716.5.3)
6) M3.02 Please clarify the required FSD on the shaft penetration of the supply air ducts which cannot be seen on these plan views. (IBC 716.5.3)
7) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised mechanical pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature.
