1) STATUS:   1-16-13 Comments to be addressed.   1-28-13 COMMENTS TO BE ADDRESSED.

2) The following comments based upon the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations.       RESOLVED 1-28-12.

3) 1/A301         Section 1/A600 appears to be looking at the handrail between the stairs and the parking garage, whereas the details on A600 & A601 seem to indicate the hand rail between the stairs and the escalator. Please clarify.            1-28-13 UNRESOLVED. SECTION 1/A600 REFERENCE WAS REMOVED FROM PLAN 1/A301 BUT STILL REMAINS ON SHEET A600. CLARIFY EXACTLY WHERE AND WHAT DIRECTION THIS SECTION WAS TAKEN.

4) 1/A301         There are two other sections taken on this plan that have no reference locations. Please clarify.       RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 1-22-13.

5) NEW 1-28-13        SHEET A501 WAS REPLACED WITH A NEW SHEET BUT NO DIFFERENCES WERE OBSERVED BETWEEN OLD AND NEW. PLEASE CLARIFY.

6) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include clouded changes, architects stamp and signature.
