1) STATUS:   1-11-12 Comments to be addressed.  Status: Full Architectural Approval.  01/29/13

 

2) The following comments based upon the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations.

 

3) Provide structural and seismic calculations plus fastening details for the roll-up coiling overhead door assembly to include engineers stamp and signature, for structural review on a deferred submittal basis.    Resolved.  Via Deferred Submittal. 01/29/13

 

4) G-001            The adopted accessibility code under which we are conducting plan reviews is the 2003 ICC/ANSI A117.1 Accessible and Useable Buildings and Facilities.    Resolved.  01/29/13

 

5) J7-G/A503     The ramp is missing a handrail on one side. (IBC 1010.8)    Resolved.  This comment is resolved by Redline to the plans.  01/29/13

 

6) J7-B/A503     The stairway is missing a handrail on one side. (IBC 1009.12)    Resolved.  This comment is resolved by Redline to the plans.  01/29/13

 

7) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include clouded changes, architects stamp and signature.    Resolved.  01/29/13
